“ For anyone considering the services of a speaker, I’d recommend Jay Morgan Hyrons. She can tailor make INSET for schools, address conferences, smaller events or advise individuals on a wide spectrum of topics from her life experience. Whether you’re looking for an after dinner speaker or large corporate event Jay’s versatility and compassion will ensure your audience is left ‘on their feet’. She’s spoken at St Paul’s Cathedral, RBL County conference and volunteers with CWGC. I recommend her whole heartedly.”

“ Having seen Jay speak on numerous occasions I find her to be a most versatile speaker. Jay has an innate ability to read the audience, she both engages and captivates with equal measure. Whether giving a speech at St Pauls Cathedral or in a more intimate setting I would highly recommend her anytime, anyplace, anywhere. "

“ On 5 April 2023 my partner Kim Casey and I attended the Service of Reflection and Remembrance at St Pauls. Kim is the sister of the first casualty of the Falklands War. Jay delivered a memorable and most touching speech. Having lost Gary 40 years ago as part of the Task Force, the bravery shown by Jay to stand up in front of all these people, Royalty and Veterans alike was immense. It was the first meeting of two 'Sisters in Arms' and the embrace was unforgettable. Love always, "
Steve and Kim.

" A great book, well worth a read "
“I bought and read this book a few weeks ago. Amazon won’t let me review it because I haven’t spent enough money on them. Jay here is my review. A gut-wrenching and powerful true account of one woman’s struggle with losing her husband in the Falklands war and the life she made for herself. How she struggled with PTSD and illness and her support for her husband's regiment and his comrades. Please buy this book you will not be disappointed. I give it 10 out of 10. ”
“' OMG what an incredible book... It's so raw and real and very powerful.. its an incredibly moving book.. it takes you on a journey ”
“ This book is written from the heart, the truth about a courageous woman that has been through so much, a roller-coaster of emotions, you won't be able to put it down. The life that has made her the woman she is today. A must-read I loved it but be sure to have the box of tissues at hand... ''
“ 'I was hooked on the book straight away. You’re taken on a journey that at times you can’t understand how Mia coped. It is a book to concentrate on, with a lot of characters to keep track of and not always presented to you in chronological order of events. Looking forward to reading more from this extraordinary woman of strength.”
" And She Danced' This book is so well written and really pulls at the heartstrings. The emotion it triggers is amazing. Even when I had to put the book down, what I had read was still in my head and I could not stop thinking about Mia. I am waiting for the next book.
Thank you, Jay, for your brilliant writing and for sharing your story. Much love to you "
“ Wow. Get goosebumps reading this! And she danced. Totally absorbing book. At times gut-wrenching and then heart-lifting and upbeat., what a roller coaster. Told as Jay speaks, which makes it so ‘normal’ as if she’s having this conversation with you in person. That right there is unique, as she is. Laughed with her, cried with her. Totally absorbed. Told in fiction for safety's sake a degree of objectivity may be needed, haters will always hate! If you feel you can relate to life at its absolute heartbreaking worst and the very best it can be, read the book, and walk that walk with her. My mum has read it too, and she has dementia, and relayed it back a lot! As she related too. Cannot wait for the next one! Outstanding, I salute you Jay Morgan Hyrons. a warrior, a true lady, and a beautiful soul. ”
“ Once into this book, I found it riveting and tragic for such a young life, in equal measure.”
